The Heart Behind It All
Long before BryndaLee’s began, the love for canning was already in our hands. We learned it in Granny’s kitchen and on Auntie’s porch, where the air smelled of simmering syrup and classic country played in the background — Ferlin Husky, Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, and all the greats singing while we worked. We grew up in the rhythm of it all — hands busy, hearts full — learning how to pack jars with care and flavor.
As adults, we carried those traditions forward, filling our shelves with the foods we loved to eat and share. Now we’re passing it all down — the music, the stories, the recipes — canning side by side with our kids and grandkids, just like we did back then. Because for us, it’s never just been about what’s in the jar — it’s about who you make it with, and who you make it for.


The Start of Something Special
One summer, we brought a small jar of our pepper caps to a friend’s shindig — and something sparked. Folks kept coming back for second helpings… then thirds, and fourths! People asking for us to bring out another jar. Not just because it was good, but because it tasted like home.
That’s how BryndaLee’s began: not from a business plan, but from a table full of stories, spice, and second helpings. Each batch still carries the same love and legacy we’ve shared for generations.

Our Products
At BryndaLee’s, we focus on a select range of handcrafted favorites — like Papaw’s Smokin’ Pepper Caps and Papaw’s Prairie Chow — made with care and rooted in tradition. These are just the beginning. Nana’s Aloha Sizzles comes out within the month and watch out! These tasty little bites will most likely take over the favorite’s spot! We’re not taking custom orders just yet — we’re too busy wrangling your favorites and making sure every jar packs the punch it’s known for. Our goal? Do a few things real well and keep the flavor downright legendary.

Papaw’s Prairie Chow
Papaw didn’t go for frills — just bold flavor that belonged on the table. His Prairie Chow mixes green tomato, cabbage, peppers, and a bold kiss of jalapeño into a sweet, tangy relish that’s just wild enough to earn its spurs. He liked it with beans and cornbread, but it holds its own on burgers, biscuits, or anything off the grill. It’s a taste of the old ways, done right.


Papaw’s Smokin’ Pepper Caps
These smoky-sweet jalapeños carry a kick and a story. Inspired by campfire cookouts and passed-around jars that never lasted long, they bring bold heat with a mellow smoke that lingers just right. Whether you’re stacking a burger, dressing up cornbread, or building the world’s best snack board, these caps don’t ask how you eat ’em — just if you’re bold enough to try.


Nana’s Aloha Sizzles – COMING SOON!
This one’s got sass. Born from Nana’s love of sweet heat and a good campfire meal, Aloha Sizzles blends pineapple, mango, and jalapeños into one unforgettable bite. Whether it’s slathered on ham, scooped onto a cracker, or dolloped over tacos, it’s a flavor that knows how to show up.

For years, we canned everything by hand in our own kitchen — just like we were taught. Family all around, everybody’s hands busy and music in the background. But as word spread and more folks came asking, we knew we’d need even more help to keep up.
We now work with a trusted, state-licensed co-packer who follows our exact recipes and standards. It’s still our family’s tradition — just made in bigger pots. Every jar is crafted with care, so we can keep sharing the flavors we love without losing what makes them special.
